Job Description:
In this role, you will work in our CBD office and will be responsible for building rapport with C suite decision-makers, setting appointments and nurturing leads over time. In exchange for delivering exceptional results we will offer you a generous compensation package, with hourly rates ranging from $50 to $55, coupled with substantial commissions. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a history of B2B appointment-setting success.
Salary: $50 – $55 per hour + Commission
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our company/products/services.
- Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and rapport building.
- Set appointments for our sales team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge.
- Achieve daily and weekly targets for appointment setting.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on call activity and results.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an appointment setter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
